We are looking for someone to take over the sales coordination tasks from our colleague who will retire after more than twenty years of being part of our company.

WHAT YOU DO AT DCS AS PART OF THE APAC SALES TEAM

As a sales coordinator you process the sales back office tasks for the APAC region autonomously. For this, you collaborate closely with the sales managers, other sales coordinators as well as the technical services. Among your tasks are coordinating product orders, sourcing ingredients, controlling the warehouse and drafting diverse supporting documents. Moreover, you will also have direct customer and supplier contact and e.g. draw up and send out inquiries and offers.

THIS IS YOUR BACKGROUND AND YOUR EXPERIENCE

You have a commercial education (KV or similar) as well as an affinity for the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, you have three to five years of previous experience in a similar position. Last but not least, you know about logistics. Your native language is German and you are fluent in English. Apart from this you are self-reliant and proactive in your working style and you are looking for a long-term position.
